Good News Story

Dear Friends at the Hobart Cat Centre,

Just wanted to write to let you know how things are going for me since I left you. I was adopted by Reg, she lives in a nice flat in Sandy Bay. I spend most of my times indoors while Reg is at work, but don’t worry I have plenty of toys. My favourite is a bunny rabbit, I can play with this for hours. Reg is a little surprised at my energy levels, but she’s learning to keep me entertained during my crazy times.

I arrived at Reg’s on 1 February 2008, it took me a while to settle in. I had a tummy bug in the first 2 weeks, which put me off my food and made me feel very tired. The lovely staff at North Hobart Vet Clinic looked after me well and I’m feeling quite chipper now (Reg said to say a little to chipper!).

You all knew me as (F) 61B, but my new name is Fancy (Miss Fancy Day). I haven’t really learnt my new name yet, sometimes I forget. However, I do know the sound of dinner being served and come running as quick as I can. Anyway, I won’t rabbit on too much, just wanted to let you know that I am very happy in my new home and I hope that all the kittens I shared a cage with have also found good homes.

P.S. We try to put food in your collection bin at Woolies whenever we can, we choose flavours that I like and hope the other cats like them too.
